If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. We have lost our internet connection. The power and WiFi light are on but nothing else. I have run the tests and they report no issues. I need internet connection for work and I am currently not able to work. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
