Internet keeps fluctuating.

Internet keep cutting off and it's happening every now and then... all the lights are green on the broadband device but still when I try to connect device like phone and computer ,..I get msg connected with no Internet...this is affecting my work and its happening from past few days... Please can someone help

What have you got connected via ethernet? There is collision packets.

Also your router has only been up for 2hrs and there is already a lot of traffic, how many devices do you have?

Not sure about Ethernet.. I have about 6 to 7 devices connected... may be ill call sky and get this sorted out...
