Those are all extremely poor speeds: even 17Mbs would be in the bottom few percent of UK addresses.

If you are on an ADSL (or poor FTTC) connection then switching ISP will knock the speed for at least a week while the line training reoccurs.

If you post your Hub stats, we'll have some information about your particular phone line and internet connection to work with.

Note that it's speed arriving at the Hub which counts against the minimum speed guarantee, not speed test website results on a wireless device.

Really poor internet speeds

The sky app is claiming that my internet speeds are between 11-12mbs but through 3rd party testing it's showing as between 2-3mbs. My internet is painfully slow to the point where I am even struggling to stream Netflix. I was promised speeds of over 13mbs when switching from BT and a more reliable service too. However, this is not the case. I had no issues with BT and was receiving 17mbs continually. I would like to know why is it so slow and how to rectify it please.
