Sky Max hub keeps wifi dropping out while in office video call.

The laptop displays 'your network is unstable'.

We initially thought it happens only while connecting Office VPN, but it happens for local desktop also.

@boss123 Does the Wi-Fi you have cover the whole property or is there places it is weaker?

Yes it covers the whole building but still it gets weaker even in the kitchen, nearer to router.

@boss123 What is around the router in the way of appliances and the router is not hidden?

Hi, sorry for the delay. There is nothing between router and device. it was just a 7 feet distance between router and device.

I tried disabling 5 GHz from Wi-Fi advanced settings and using only 2.4 GHz and it's good. The issue is with 5 GHz only. I still don't know why it gets dropped for a small distance.
