      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both yesterday and today the internet keeps dropping out. The wifi box shows an orange light on internet and voice, the other 2 lights are green. It happened yesterday and it's happening again now but when I check the status online it says everything is fine. It's impacted my working from home now 2 days in a row.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kay&lt;/P&gt;</description>
