    <description>&lt;P&gt;Mine dropped about 10 mins ago. Sky service status says all is OK but it's not.&amp;nbsp; Workmen outside on telegraph pole so wonder if it something they are doing?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wifi has just completely dropped off on its own-have tried restarting box and then turning it on and off completely- still nothing it just keeps trying to reconnect but it can't?! Please help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here, sky online help tested the broadband and for us it appears to be a BT problem so an open reach engineer needs to come and fix the external lines. Might be worth checking online if you haven't already&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
