      <title>Internet drops out over 50 times a day</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've had sky since about April and it's been fine but recently (started about a month ago), my internet keeps dropping out. I'll attach a photo of what the lights look like every time it drops out.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_1589.jpeg" style="width: 4032px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/102320iBAA84789575845F8/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_1589.jpeg" alt="IMG_1589.jpeg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This happens about 3 times every hour, and it seems to just resolve itself before I can go to the sky app and get it checked. Please someone help because the virtual assistant was rubbish. Why do they not have a live chat with people?!?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.&lt;/P&gt;
