Cant connect

I seem to have internet but when I enter some websites it does not log in. When I try another website it connects without any problems, for example when I try tui.com it takes 40 seconds to connect to the site.

@Razgrad Have you changed the broadband sheild setting in my account under the broadband & talk tab from the default of PG13.
