      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am writing because I cannot access the internet while connected on my Sky Wifi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It says ion my account that there is an issue with my WiFi, but when I click on it, it says that everything is fine, but the Internet light on my router is showing Orange&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It first happened in the afternoon yesterday, then the WiFi came back, to then stop working in the evening&lt;/P&gt;</description>
