Check the lights on the hub and use this trouble shooter&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If all of the lights on a black hub are green and no data flows then either turn the hub iff for at least 60 minutes or use the disconnection option in the hub's web interface which should clear the fault.&lt;/P&gt;
