    <description>&lt;P&gt;My sky broadband has went down for the second time in two days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterdsy afternoon it was off for several hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today it's now been off since around 2pm (now nearly 7pm)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I sign in to my sky the options telling me vqout broadband / WiFi are all red, saying there's a problem. When I run the tests is says there's no problem...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried turning off router and back on, didn't work. Is this a wider problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;South Glasgow area G71.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
