    <description>&lt;P&gt;Mine too in north London. Is there any way of calling sky to check for help? All you seem to be able to do is the service checker which just says everythings fine when nothing is!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

On my box it has four lights That should be green but to are displaying in orange, the two in question are named: internet and voice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the two remaining green lights are: power and WIfI.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I am leaving the property soon but need to use the internet and not my data before I leave&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, Yes I have done both of those suggestions. I reset the box and also removed the box from power for a number of minutes. The lights remain the same and I have no connection to my devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;additionally I have ran the checker multiple times and it returns stating all is ok, which it isn't.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I reckon that despite what the website says, there might be an issue in the area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried the online service checker, and it seems like it can't reach my hub. When I then try to fix it I get this error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"We're having some problems and our tests are unavailable at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try again later so we can test your connection."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this provides a bit more context.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have exactly the same issue in Sussex.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Rebooting the router didnt work.&amp;nbsp; Disconnecting the cable to the phone socket didnt work.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I suspect there be an issue with the Sky broadband service itself.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I checked on the downdtector website, and there was a spike of reported outages on sky at around midnight last night.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just rung the no. given in an earlier post. &amp;nbsp;Engineer booked for 14 Aug (!) but hoping as so many affected in Burgess Hill they're gonna realise it's a wider issue and it's sorted before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did tell the guy in the phone that lots of people on the Sky Comm chat were from the same town reporting the same problem and he said he's escalated that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will get a 10 day refund in my Sep bill, so it's worth ringing and registering your issue, just for that!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
