after several months of broadband failures, i started keeping a log. At the moment it's every week for the past 3 weeks and I only started to log it 3 weeks ago. I'm getting orange light for internet and red light on voice so NO INCOMING TELEPHONE CALLS !!!
8th july at 14.45 no voice
15th july at 16.05 total broadband fail no voice or internet or 4G backup
3rd august at 11.50 partial internet (4g backup just about) but NO VOICE.
Absolutely crippling my business. Does that make Sky in breach of contract and can I end my subscription to them early without penalty?

@GuitarMania It probably does not breach your contract as Sky do not and cannot offer a 100% uptime on your broadband service, even though Sky do offer 4G backup they also cover themselves by stating they will pay £25 credit if the 4G backup doesn't kick in.

Having multiple ongoing issues isn't common but can happen , what have the Sky Business Customer Service Team said when you called to report the issues?
