      <title>Broadband activation delayed</title>
      <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Broadband-activation-delayed/m-p/4709760#M410534</link>
<description>My remote activation date was suppose to be on 29th July. This did not happen and I did not receive any updates. I called and the sky agent could not tell me what the issue was and I had to wait 3 days to get an update. I was told after 3 days that the issue is that my line/number had to be registered with emergency services. I was told that this is normally resolved within 3 days. But I do not need a phone line and it has already been 3 days. My broadband still not activated and no one can give me a timeline as to when this would be resolved. I do wonder whether they have my correct ont number or actually there is a different problem. My neighbour who ordered the same package as me with activation date 30 July had no issues.</description>
