      <description>Internet keeps stopping working all day long. Message reads unable to find connection. Affecting my job now so really annoyed. The app checker keeps saying there is not a problem when I test, but there clearly is. Tried disconnecting hub then connecting back up 5 minutes later but nothing has improved...</description>

      <description>Unable to connect to WiFi with my work laptop. There hadn't been a problem until today. All other devices are able to connect to the WiFi. Do I need to change any settings on Laptop. Not good at all as is effecting work.</description>
