Since changing from SKY Q with black WiFi router, to 3 x pucks and the white WiFi router we're having issues every day. The pucks keep dropping off the wifi and won't connect without typing in the whole password. And our laptops won't go online on most websites, but they will connect to some. Complete nightmare. Sky have sent their wifi experts out twice. Its still going wrong everyday. Clearly the new technology isn't reliable

One point to consider is that after giving up Sky Q you've lost the wireless hotspot functionality previously provided by the television boxes.

Yes, no miniboxes, but have 3 Sky boosters- we have no problem with wifi signal for phones and tablets, just a problem with sky stream pucks staying connected
