Openreach usually install the ont on the day of activation

I want to book an engineer to install my sky package. I am 84 an recenly had an accident so cannot do the installation my self. I have been trying to get help from you since 0830 this morning. If I cannot have help with this then I will have to cancel sky. Can you please please please help. Brian G

I need a sky engineer. I keep getting put in circles. I've had multiple open reach engineers come and all day I need a sky engineer. Sky keeps sending open reach. Ridiculous. I need a sky engineer asap. Been trying for months on end.
