&lt;P&gt;Sky do not restrict speeds themselves but Openreach can apply a restriction to stabilise your line.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Openreach came out and fixed my issue yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However my speeds are way below what i expect and pay for. I understand that while there are issues SKY reduce the speed while works are carried out, can you therefore remove any restrictions as open reach have advised they have resolved their issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
