    <description>&lt;P&gt;Exactly the same situation as described. Will give the suggested answer a try. It's annoying because it is always like this when we wake up in a morning, and there is much more to do than unplugging connections. Thankfully just oince a week.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Really frustrated - upgraded to full fibre a few weeks back from fibre to the cabinet and have had nothing but trouble since.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the voice light on the hub goes red/amber pretty much every week since upgrading and then I have no internet session on my devices, a reset on the hub resolves this temporarily but it keeps happening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what can be done?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3465732"&gt;@WRC0&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you need to report the issue to Sky but you maybe able to stop it happening by powering down your hub for an hour. The cause is probably a faulty server managing your connection at the exchange. &amp;nbsp;Powering down should get you connected to a different port which is working properly. Sky will get round to fuxing the unit but it takes time to happen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Really annoyed just switched from zoom less than a month and the red light voice is on , first day kids off school and engineer can't come out&lt;/P&gt;</description>
