That’s if your Sky Broadband and/or Sky Talk stops working completely.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A class="link__Element-sc-f1ji6g-0 kHqJSn" href="https://www.sky.com/help/home/broadband/policies-and-info/auto-compensation/articles/auto-compensation#reasons" data-test-id="base-link" target="_blank"&gt;‘Missed appointment’&lt;/A&gt;. That’s if we booked an Openreach or Sky Broadband engineer to visit your home and they don’t show up on your confirmed visit date. Or, if we cancel or change your visit with less than 24 hours’ notice.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A class="link__Element-sc-f1ji6g-0 kHqJSn" href="https://www.sky.com/help/home/broadband/policies-and-info/auto-compensation/articles/auto-compensation#reasons" data-test-id="base-link" target="_blank"&gt;‘Delayed provisioning’&lt;/A&gt;. That’s if we don’t activate your Sky Broadband &amp;amp; Talk on your confirmed activation date.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;However occasional drops are not covered, it would need to be a total loss.&lt;/P&gt;
