WiFi dropping on and out

Been with sky broadband for 9 years now the internet has been fine, we eventually got fibre in the street and I got it installed last Thursday and ever since all devices in the house have poor connectivity including a ps5 and the TV , basically everything, the sky app shows I'm getting 100mbps but 3 different independent checkers on Google show I'm getting around 17mbps 🙃... Thoughts?

What changed during the install? Hub? Location of the hub? Or nothing?

The same hub in the same place , only thing different is they took a new cable from the back post into the house but my existing cable is still connected to the house as well 😕

I am not sure how getting FTTP installed would cause this. What speeds did you get over WiFi previously? Have you tried an ethernet cable?
