Unstable WiFi causing issues with battery operated items.

I'm hoping someone can help. We have "Superfast" broadband and severe issues with WiFi connectivity with battery operated devices such as Ring doorbells.

Having contacted Ring, they have checked my system and determined that the devices are continually searching for the WiFi network as the signal is extremely unstable. I've contacted Sky numerous times to get help but not once had a reply, so hope someone can help here!

We have a Sky booster too, but this makes no difference and when 2 people are working from home, the network stagnates, so we're getting rather annoyed now as it's causing work issues now too.

Your stats dont suggest an issue with the WiFi radios on your hub so its quite possible you need a booster to cover the area your ring devices are in

Thanks @jamesn123 - there's already a booster being used. The bigger issues we're finding is the almost "death" in Wales when there's more than 1 person working at home!
