This is common because your firestick is often behind the TV which acts as a brilliant WiFi barrier. You may need to get an HDMI extender to bring the firestick away from the back of the TV or a booster to increase the signal strength by your firestick.

@Helpmeplease2 if its only the Firestick that is affected then it is likely it is not getting sufficent WiFii signal. Boosters are of limited use first check it is in the right place which is halfway between the Hub and where you need the boost. Secondly if the Firestick is plugged into a wall mounted TV consider using a short HDMI extension lead so the metal in the TV isnt blocking the signal.

What firestick are you using? I had the new 4K max stick with Sky Max hub and I couldn't get any speed over 16mbps, I changed my stick to the old 4k and it works perfect with strength of 250+Mbps.

I think it's a firmware issue the newest firesticks not being compatible with the Sky Max hub. Ridiculous really when you pay for the best internet but can't have the best tech to run on it.
