So the fact it is just a month into your contract with Sky makes no difference as you could be with another ISP and the same thing would happen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are a new customer less than a month in and we are experiencing problems just saying issue in Area and it could take 2 days to fix all the standard messages and no one to contact... this is concerning as we are less than a month into contract and we live rural so no mobile data (also with sky) hopefully we won't live to regret the switch and someone can fix and be nice to be updated to understand the problem as if its going to be in excess of 24hr we need to make allowances for work etc.... &lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3810725"&gt;@Sky&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately not other Companies just sky ... as both neighbours on still and spoke&amp;nbsp; to people in village (not sky) who appear to be working ... may have to sweet talk neighbour tomorrow and see if they will let us come round for coffee &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":hot_beverage:"&gt;☕&lt;/span&gt;️&amp;nbsp; thanks anyway ....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
