We ck tinue to have wifi problems on and of sky glass keeps buffering, my wife works from home and is unable to work due to keeps losing connection. We had the sky engineer out a while ago who changed the box on the wall, the issues went away for a bit but now are back again. We told we'd get compensated for the issues and have received nothing. The issues are back PCs and sky glass buffering and losing connection. Been with sky over 16 years and am now seriously thinking of moving else where

'Compensation' is potentially provided under the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed, WiFi Guarantee or the industry scheme overseen by Ofcom.

The first two must be claimed by the customer, while the Ofcom scheme is applied automatically by the ISP but only after two days of complete outage.
