    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just bought Arlo Essential Camera and I do have a problem with connecting them to the Arlo app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have changed wi-fi to 2.4GHz as cameras only working with this and I did connect my phone/laptop to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the router I can see that both phone/laptop and cameras are connected to wi-fi but app cannot find them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did set up the network as home network and disable the firewall as well as VPN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did try to reboot every device including cameras.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I still cannot connect them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas what else can I do??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
