      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Internet went off yesterday and many restarts later did not come back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lights on the openreach look like this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Power = Green&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;LOS = Red&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PON = Empty&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;LAN = Green&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
