      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why when sky do a &amp;nbsp;broadband and WiFi test it never picks up poor or no upload speed? Even when the old test was on the app and it showed you your download speed, on a 'dial' it would never show you your upload speed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
