&lt;P&gt;Your Hub stats show that's an ADSL service, which is now the oldest and slowest broadband technology still running and only in use at a very small percentage of properties.&amp;nbsp; At 20Mbs inbound and 0.8Mbs outbound at the Hub it's actually 'better than average', but only by the standards of about a decade ago.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If possible I'd suggest looking at moving to one of the current broadband platforms (FTTC or FTTP)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
