      <description>No Internet , no phone and no tv yet again, since 8.30 am. Service up and down like a yoyo. This happened 3 days ago also. What am I paying you for Sky ??? Will I get a refund for the 20+ times this has happened since I switched to Your fast broadband ? And please don't tell me to use my Phone to check status. It always says everything is ok</description>
