We pay £110 a month for SKY tv, Broadband and phone.

Our wifi seems really slow.

I have run the tests on your website which is saying everything is fine and the Broadband is running at 75.9mb/s.

However when I run an internet speed it gives me 0.08mb/s download and 1.79mb/s upload.

I need to speak to someone about this.

@Rebecca+Kenny You ste not talking to Sky by pisting in the forum. It is quite a common issue where the speed to your hub is much higher than the speed measured on your device especially where you are using WiFi. WiFi signals in your home are affected by the layout, type of construction and level of interference. Each home is different but some general rules apply firstly your hub needs to be out in the open on a surface well above things like radiators which block the signal.

Many homes need extra equipment over and above the free Sky hub to get decent wifi speeds in all rooms.
