      <description>&lt;P&gt;My broadband has been dropping daily for weeks. Sky acknowledges this then pronises an engineer. I wait in all day only to get a text saying richard has fixed it remotely. NO HE HAS NOT!!! Luckily im out of contract so by by Sky and your terrible service that costs over £150 a month&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It is not uncommon for engineers to not fix a fault on the first attempt. Often faults are intermittent so difficult to diagnose. If youbdo decide to switch remember if the issue is a line fault as yours appears to be thecfaultvwill move with you to any new isp using tgecsame Openreach line so only switch to one using a different network lije Virgin Media.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
