      <title>External issue.</title>

      <description>Twice I have been om the app due to problems with the broadband. Each time they have booked a engineer to come out, which didn't need to be home for or have a time as it is a external problem. I've had nothing back to say if they have been, what the problem is and I still have broadband that keeps failing on me. Has anyone else had this? Do I need to ring and see what's happening?</description>

&lt;P&gt;A private chat was started but there was no response within 48 hours so it has automatically closed.&lt;/P&gt;
