topic Replacement hub in Broadband

My hub (model er115) has been having issues for months where it would randomly stop allowing internet access to devices desire showing connected and three greens lights. Fix only seemed to be unplugging and holding in reset and repowering up. Today I've had the same issue but the normal fix hasn't been working. The hub itself is very hot as well but even once cooled the issue doesn't change.

I would like to get a replacement device or find out how to get a new hub to replace this failed/failing one asap.

You'll need to log a fault with Sky for a replacement to be despatched. This might be a Broadband Hub as Q Hubs become obsolete in the next couple of years.
