Unless you have also recently cancelled your service your loss of connection is likely to be for different reasons. &lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Run the My Sky connection test over a mobile connection. If asis likely the initial result says things are fine which they were when thst routine test was run click to run it again. If it does tell you Sky are aware of a fault or offer to send an engineer give Sky a call when their lines open to report the fault.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am with sky until the 29th July and then changing however my broadband has suddenly stopped working since getting a text saying sorry your leaving us , I cannot sign in to test connection or get assistance as states either no address associated with my account or access restricted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
