      <description>&lt;P&gt;On my box the internet light is off and the voice light is orange.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;normally all the lights are green.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have no internet yet when i use the service to run tests its tells me everything looks good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Disconnected my iPhone from the internet and back on again however it's telling me that my password is incorrect even though it's not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive switched the WiFi box off at the wall and back on again but, that's not made any difference either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what else can I do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
