      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all. So my BB Hub meant to be delivered today on 20/07/24, that's what my parcel tracking by Royal Mail says, but didn't receive anything at all. Engineer visit is on Mon 22/07/24. What should I do now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I've checked royal mail app and it does say my sky package is due for delivery today. Unlucky it meant to be on a Saturday first time was 7.45am, then 9.30am, now is Monday and there was no changes apart from engineer's visit between 8am-1pm. Hopefully at least he will turn up in between that time, fingers crossed tho.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also I've got that msg from open reach working on behalf of sky, they've sent me like a calendar note to download with all the details of their visit,&amp;nbsp; and there is like a bell and it days 15mins before, I guess they will send me a notification 15mins before they arrive?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
