I want to turn internet access off at night how do I do this please I've searched everywhere ?

That's available with a white Max Hub and a subscription add-on for the WiFi Max service. Black Sky Hubs no longer have such an option.

@Tasha2408 you would have to be buying the WiFi Max bundle from Sky to get the ability to control devices access. The controls for parental control are then added to the My Sky app.

@Tasha2408 if you have morecthan one Sky Q mini box or older Sky boisters Sky are currently not offering WiFi Max if tgat doesnt apply givecthem a call.
