    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm so unhappy with your internet connection. I had never so bad internet like now. You made my bill higher but this Internet is horrible. Actually I have no connection again and that problem is so often. The lights in the broadband all green now but there is no connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is almost every week . I had already once your engineer at home and he fixed it for one moment but it's happening all the time . I'm so unhappy with Sky internet that I even finally thinking about cancelling my contract with you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As you lights are allow showing green then try turning the hub of for an hour then power it back up again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
