If you wish to change or cancel this date contact us within the next 48h as after this we can no longer acton this request" - sent on Wednesday 13:36&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a very urgent request and can;t speak with support over the phone unfortunatelty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have initiated a contract6 cancelation for the 21st (sunday).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The new broadband company refused to install my broadband and i had to cancel their contract now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to speak to someone and cancel the SKy broadband cancelation request. I will keep the Skyu broadband.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This needs to be placed before 13:00PM today otheriwse the request is not reversible anymore.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The lines to Customer Services are down at present due to the mass I.T. issue worldwide. When they are back up and running they will obviously be extremely busy so getting through before 1300 might not be possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
