    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had sky cancel and appointment on us.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We now don't need the appointment but I can't get through to sky to tell them. It's appalling service. Had nothing but issue with sky recently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone got an email address as I don't really want to wait in a phone queue for an hour to tell someone to cancel my appointment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The emails I have tried have rebounded.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Also working from home won't give your appointment any greater priority&lt;/P&gt;</description>
