While the hub is connected try running the connection test in the My Sky app as that can bookman engineer to sort the line if it finds a fault. Itvwill alsoo tell if Sky are akready aware of an issue in your area.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Internet wifi not working</title>

      <description>The internet wifi is not working. Each time the the wifi router is reset the Internet comes back on but drops out completely after 10 minutes. This has been going on for the last week.</description>
