@WillPol Is your router black or white? What colour are the lights on the router?

Hi it's a black router,

the power light and wifi light are green but internet and voice lights are off.

@WillPol Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Mine is gone too. The sky app directs me to a number to call but number doesn't connect to anyone or anything. Typical, useless crap from Sky

@Jason105Is your landline working as it seems to be if you have called Sky. If you can't get through on the number just dial 150 on your landline and just stay on the line even if they want to send you a text for here.
