topic Poor Internet in Broadband

Hi,

I just switched to Sky Broadband. The switch went great, have been able to use the internet on my laptop no problem besides it cutting out a couple of times, but I know that that's normal in the first 2 weeks of a switch so that's fine.

The issue is the internet doesn't seem to work on my iPhone. There's only 1 or 2 bars on my iPhone at all times and it will not load webpages on my phone, it just buffers for eternity. I've never had this issue with any other broadband. With my last internet package, my phone had full-bars all the way from the first day to the last day.

Is this a Sky specific issue, or is this also normal activity within the first two weeks of the switch for this particular company? And if it's not typical and cannot be fixed, will I be able to get out of the contract within the first month without paying an exit fee? Thank you!
