My WiFi is so bad for the last 3 days. I am in Maida Vale in west London. I'm supposed to work from home on Friday and I'm scared I won't be able to! What is happening and is anyone else from west London affected?

@Anda1 If it's WiFi then that is your home network which you need to investigate to improve your WiFi signal.

If it's a broadband issue then this is a different problem.

Please also note WFH doesn't give your service any greater priority or service levels.

To see if there is a line issue please can you post your router stats so the forum can advise on any issues. This link explains how to do that https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/How-to-find-your-Sky-Broadband-router-stats/td-p/2855717#
