Cannot turn off sky broadband shield it is stuck on always active 24 hours.

We cannot turn off our sky broadband shield, which filters out any adult sites, content and other sites needed for work.
We live in a child free house and do not need this on however when trying via the sky app or on our account on the website it is impossible to switch this off.

When logged into our account, on the Sky app it states that the shield is on the setting of 24 hours active, but on the website, it says we don't have sky broadband account and to come back when it is activated (which it is).
We are going around in circles with a very hard to navigate app and website

@Phoratio Have you tried calling Sky to get them to set the settings or if they are having the same issue trying to change setting that they can then escalate this higher up for you.
