Hi. Over the last week we have repeated issues where the WiFi stops working. The internet is connected and wired devices work. But multiple devices will then randomly stop working - despite the green wifi hub light being on - unless I restart the router/hub.

For example, last week all of my Apple devices - iphones and ipads - stopped connecting to wifi. Same with my Apple TV anc connecting to my Hue Briidge, This morning, same thing again. Also noticed my Nest thermostat had the same issue.

This has not happened before but has repeatedly happened over the last week. Nothing has changedin my home set-up.

Has there been an update to the router hub?

If not, what else could be causing the problem?

Any

Same here. When I run a broadband test it says everything is working properly but it clearly is not! Can't find how to speak to someone at Sky about it. So frustrating
