Have cat6 cabling in the house but wifi range could use extending. I was wondering can I plug the cat6 cable into the sky max pod to get the best connection for the pod to boost wifi signal?

I see below your reply that you use TP-link Deco mesh system. Couple questions if you don't mind. Do you use that with Ethernet cables? If not, can you? Do they create a new WiFi name for each section of the house they're in? How good do you find them?

Hi @Hutch134 my Deco 4 system is connected to my Sky hub by an ethernet cable you cant use the hub's wifi and in practice it is best if you disable the Sky WiFi entirely to avoid interference issues..

I used the Deco app to configure the main unit to be in Access Point Mode. The other 2 Deco units connect tothe first by WiFi they do that on their own just watch the leds. The 3 Deco units share the same SSID and devices roam seamlessly if they are moved. So my iPad has switches between satellites if i come downstairs.
