    <description>&lt;P&gt;On the app, it says there's an issue with my WiFi and it's red, when I do the let's fix it, says it's fine, but it clearly isn't because it's not working and the app says there's an issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please contact me asap to fix it, I work from home and now having to go find somewhere else to work because I can't connect! I'm paying for a service that isn't working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It is sensible to have a fall back if you use a domestic connection to work from home as no ISP can guarantee there wont be an occasional issue and line repairs can takectwo or three days to get actioned&lt;/P&gt;</description>
