i am a international student, i will graduate after january 2025, recently i moved into a social flat, i need a broadband, but every operator offer more than 18 months contract

Sky Broadband/Talk contracts are now moving to 24 months duration.

As @Daniel0210 indicates, the UK ISP industry is in the process of moving from 18 month to 24 month minimum terms: Now (a Sky company) used to offer 12 month contracts but has ceased doing so.

BT Broadband still lists an offering here:
